SJCS is the first multi-state agency working to become Shift accredited

SJCS begins the Oasis Program which provides housing and support services for transition-age youth experiencing homelessness in the District of Columbia

SJCS expands its mission and begins broadening its services with the opening of a shelter in Ithaca, NY

SJCS embraces the use of enabling technology

SJCS begins services in Delaware

SJCS incorporates the arts into its services

SJCS wins a major Fair Housing lawsuit

SJCS begins to trailblaze in the District of Columbia to deinstitutionalize individuals living with disabilities and opens its first group home

Once again community needs were accessed and SJCS stepped up to serve children living with disabilities and opened its Child Development Center
